Complete re-branding of this 20 year old financial services company's many web properties.

Like for so many organizations today, digital content had become a critical path for communicating with existing and prospective customers for this 20 year old financial services client. Their web properties had grown over time, with new sites added, revised and changed. Consistent branding and corporate identity had been lost, along with core messaging. These realities, combined with new business initiatives that required additional digital content to be developed, brought them to us.

My assignment was to re-imagine what their web presence should be. I led the strategic and creative effort to redefine a corporate identity that would translate both online and offline, to a wide range of targeted audiences. The result has been a series of newly designed websites, along with marketing initiatives to create awareness among their audiences, build business.
Corporate website re-design, planmember.com. The corporate website was completely re-designed, targeting the many different PlanMember audiences.

Microsite re-design
Registered Representative portal. I designed a template-based system that allowed the customization and deployment of over 400 different websites for each PlanMember Registered Representative. These sites included content customizable by the Rep, as well as content controlled by the corporate office.
Customer account access re-design
Sponsor portal. A templated platform was developed to accommodate the easy customization and deployment of portal websites for each PlanMember Sponsor. The sites are used to communicate retirement planning information to sponsor employees. 
Financial Center Partner portal. A template platform was developed to facilitate the easy customization and deployment of websites for each PlanMember Financial Center parter. The site is designed to target prospective members and sponsors within the Financial Center's region. 
Model Plan Microsite. The microsite designed to walk prospects through the "Model Plan" process. Site is used by PlanMember corporate to target School District Administrators.
